I started Desato Enterprises Ltd in 2012. Prior to founding the company, I worked in the commercial mechanical engineering field for 20 years. My experience with large commercial construction and project management has helped me transition seamlessly to custom home building. Although challenging at first, custom home building really was a good fit for my skillset as a communicator and planner. I found that one of the most rewarding aspects of custom home building is bringing a concept design from prints to reality.

A successful custom home build starts with an owner-builder relationship based on honesty, respect and trust. After all, we will be working together from permit submission or earlier in pre-design and from the start of construction to final occupancy. That relationship carries on afterwards until the end of the home warranty. The majority of my clients are building their home to live in long term so it's of the utmost importance that they enjoy their home for years to come.
